Frequently Asked Questions

  • I want to unsubscribe, what do I do?
    • You can either, go to your profile section and select the unsubscribe link found there, or at the bottom of your subscription emails there is an unsubscribe link which you can follow. In both cases you will need to be logged in.
  • The person that I sent a Pennygift to didn't receive it. What can I do?
    • Firstly, you should ask them to check their spam folder. Sometimes email providers miss-label our emails as spam. Please ask the recipant to add pennygifts@pennygifts.com to their contact list.
    • Secondly, you can resend your gift by going to the Pennygifts I've sent section of your profile. There you will find a list of all the Pennygifts that you have received or have sent. If a Pennygift, that you sent hasn't been accepted yet, it will say "Pending". Click on that link and you will be able to send your Pennygift again.
    • Thirdly, if they still don't receive your Pennygift then please contact us and we will find out where things went wrong.
    • Last but not least, if someone doesn't receive their Pennygift or they simply don't accept or reject it after 15 days, Pennygifts will credit your Pennygifts profile with a Pennygift credit which will allow you to send another Pennygift to someone of your choosing.
